Refund policy

Conditions for Application

Time:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot support returns or exchanges after this period.

  • Orders placed on e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Tiktok Shop) are subject to the specific return policies of those platforms.

Product Condition:

  • The product must have its original tags attached and show no signs of use.

  • All decisions regarding returns and exchanges for products that show signs of use or damage are at the discretion of @tructhanh.official.

  • If the product is defective due to a shop error, you must provide a video of the original sealed package being unboxed as proof.

Note:

  • We offer free shipping for orders paid in advance via bank transfer.

  • If you exchange an item, you are responsible for the two-way shipping fees.

  • We only support one return or exchange per order.

  • For products discounted by more than 30%, we do not support exchanges for a different style. We only allow size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchange:

  • You can exchange for a different size if the product doesn't fit.

Product Exchange:

  • If you want to exchange for a different product, we will not refund the price difference if the new item is of lower value.

Return Policy

Return Process:

  • You must initiate the return order yourself.

  • Once we receive the product and confirm that it has its original tags, is unused, and has not been washed, we will issue your refund.

Shipping Fee:

  • You are responsible for the shipping fee for the return order.

  • If your original order had free shipping, we will deduct a 20,000 VND shipping fee from your refund.
